Dea Putri is an Indonesian yoga teacher with over eight years of teaching experience and more than 1,000 hours of training in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and meditation.
She continues her studies in Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and meditation, and offers practical, hands-on, and transformative training that inspires growth on and off the mat.

Who is this training for?
This training is for practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their practice and study Yin Yoga in depth, whether or not the goal is to teach.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher to join?
No prior teaching experience is required. This training welcomes committed practitioners as well as certified teachers.
What format are the online sessions?
The 50 hours of online study are delivered through live sessions, allowing real-time connection with teachers and fellow students.
