About our programmes

Dates, prices, schedules, venues and inclusions shown on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, but they can change. A place is only confirmed once we have confirmed your application in writing and received any deposit requested. Where a programme is shown as “coming soon” or “to be announced”, no booking has been made until we tell you so.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

The booking steps, payment schedule and cancellation policy that apply to a retreat or training are set out on that programme’s page or confirmed to you in writing when you apply. Please read them before you apply. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah; other currencies are shown for reference and can vary with exchange rates, and any bank or currency conversion fees are paid by the guest.

Your health and safety

Yoga, pranayama, meditation and related practices involve physical and mental effort. You are responsible for deciding whether they are suitable for you, and for speaking with a doctor first if you have a health condition, injury or are pregnant. Please tell us about anything we should know so we can support you. Information about Ayurveda, philosophy and practice on this site is educational and is not medical advice. Please practise within your own limits and stop if something does not feel right.

Travel and personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, visas, travel insurance and personal belongings. International flights and travel insurance are not included in our programmes unless a programme page says otherwise.

Our content

The text, photographs and other material on this site belong to Shri Sanctuary, Dea Putri or the photographers and teachers credited, and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or republish our content without our written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to other sites, such as Instagram and teachers’ own websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limits of our responsibility

We take care to run safe, well-organised programmes and to keep this site accurate, but to the fullest extent the law allows we cannot be responsible for loss, injury or inconvenience that is outside our reasonable control, including weather, travel disruption and events at third-party venues.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
